Answering or making calls to clients.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers and explaining possible solutions.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.


Fluency in bulgarian language (both written and spoken).
Previous experience may be a plus.
Good customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially with MS office program, and strong typing skills.
