Customer oriented, hands-on, practical character, able to manage multiple tasks or projects.
Technical assistance via the phone (helpdesk), remote or onsite, for the company’s customers;
Troubleshoots hardware, software and network related issues;
Maintains the service delivery level within the agreed SLAs;
Provides onsite and remote technical support for the customers.
