Taxback(dot)com is a multinational company serving a wide rage of private and corporate clients worldwide and is offering the following services: income tax refunds, tax return filing, dividend withholding tax reclaim and payroll processing.

Established in Dublin in 1996 and led by a team of entrepreneurial business executives, taxback.com has 26 offices worldwide, in Europe, Australasia, the United States and South America, and a staff of over 1000.

Due to continued business expansion we are looking for Telesales Executives to join Taxback.com in our Cluj-Napoca office. The role will involve generating interest and secure new clients for the individual income tax compliance and refund filing services.

- Contacting by phone potential clients and promoting the TaxBack services
- Increasing the sales process and the number of clients
- Handling all request from potential or existing customers you receive by phone/email
- Maintaining a very good relation with the customers and providing them with regular updates on their applications
​- Working with a clients' database
- Carrying out other reasonable request from your Team Leader or Manager
- Exploiting the opportunities at their best

Candidatul ideal

- We are looking for English speakers - is required a very good level of a 2nd language as well
- You will need to be very well organised and be able to combine this with practical implementation of useful sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Have 1-2 years sales experience ideally
- Client oriented. Ensuring all customers receive a high level of personal care and attention
- Dynamic and optimist person. A good sense of humor is always handy!

- Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
- you should enjoy direct phone based sales and be able to commit to full telesales activity Monday - Friday.
